CCpur, January 08 2020: Two cousins who were part of an outdoor picnic team reportedly drowned today evening at Zoumun village, near Geljang on Khuga lake.

Lammuansang and Lamminlian both in their teens were part of the Zoumi Colony Khanglai picnic team when they met the mishap at about 5pm today said a source.

The former was the son of Jangkhangthang and the latter belongs to Paupu, his sibling.

As search for the missing cousins began immediately their bodies were recovered one after the other at about 7 pm .

Their bodies will be taken to district hopital and are likely to be laid to rest tomorrow.
