Imphal, December 07 2012: A mock hand grenade created panic among the staff of Manipur Taxation Department today.

According to information, a grenade-like black object was found hanging at around noon at the door of the office chamber of Superintendent of the Department at Kabaw Leikai, near the gate of 2nd Manipur Rifles.

On seeing the object, the staff of the Department ran out of the office with fear.

However, after the police came, it was ascertained that the object was a grenade model rubber key-chain.
