Imphal, October 05 2024: Senior Citizen Society, Khundrakpam observed World Heart Day at Pakhangba Community Hall in Pangei Bazar on September 28 .

On the occasion, a free medical camp was also held from 7 AM to 9 AM .

The event was graced by retd Col H Sarat Khuman, social reformer and columnist; Kh Rajendra Singh, president, Senior Citizen Society, Khundrakpam; Dr Kala Singh, first alleged heart surgeon of Manipur and Sanjay Das, Area Manager, Alembic.
