Kakching gen strike extended

Kakching, December 02 2012:
Piling on the pressure, the JAC Against the Missing of Nitin Masih, Kakching has decided to extend the general strike imposed till 3 pm tomorrow.
Nitin Masih, from Indore, Madhya Pradesh had come to Kakching along with his wife for Ningol Chakkouba and has been missing since the afternoon of November 27 .
In a statement, the JAC said that if the Government fails to come up with the whereabouts of the missing man by 3 pm tomorrow, then they would be constrained to an indefinite bandh along NH-2, along the Imphal-Moreh route.
During the general strike today, six auto-rickshaws were damaged by the bandh supporters for defying the strike call.
Another strike violator escaped, but left behind his red coloured Honda Activa MN04D-1289 .
