Imphal, February 02 2016: Dulksenloon Athletics, Sporting and Cultural Organisation (DASCO) has alleged that quality is not being maintained in the ongoing construction of PHSC building at Leingangching in Chandel district.

In a statement, the organisation urged the Department concerned and State Government to take action against the contractor instead of releasing bill for the said work.

Saying that the building would certainly collapse in any earthquake, the organisation said that construction works must stop until an understanding is brought between the contractor and DASCO.

It further said that DASCO would launch agitation if the Government fails to look into the matter seriously.

The organisation said that it is now ready to complain the matter to the Governor and Central Government.
