Ukhrul, November 30 2019: Kharam Union Manipur has refuted claims by some individuals regarding unveiling of Chingu Maichou Kharam Thadoi's statue on Nov 4 at Kharam Pallen village.

In a statement today, it urged all concerned to stop spreading 'misleading information'.

The statue of Maichou Kharam Thadoi was erected after all evidences and facts were gathered and authorisation from authority concerned was obtained, said the Kharam union Manipur.
