Imphal, November 30 2011: All Tribal Disable's Welfare Union, Manipur will be organising the observance of World Disabled Day on December 3 in the Chandel district.

A release issued by the union informed that the observation function is going to carry out in collaboration with District Social Welfare Department and SSA.

It also appealed the civil society organisations, NGOs and UG organisations of the State for not to call any bandh and strikes on this day.
