Imphal, March 31 2016: The proscribed PREPAK has claimed that the bomb attack at the Lilong camp of 40 Assam Rifles at around 8.40 pm yester- day was carried out by a special force unit of the outfit's Red Army.

A press release issued by the outfit's publicity officer Captain Achouba further claimed that it was behind the IED blast near the resi- dential gate of special contractor Thingujam Munindro s/o Th Nabakishore at Khongman Zone V, Irom Leirak at around 10.45 pm of March 24. Munindro led to the arrest of a PREPAK cadre by po- lice along with one M-20 pistol in September 2013, said the outfit.

Moreover, a large amount of money was collected from different Government depart- ments in the name of the party but he took the money for himself, further alleged the outfit.
