Imphal, April 02 2013: Transfer and posting of some IAS, MCS and Junior MCS officers have been affected with immediate effect from today following an order of the Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms.

Accordingly, SK Dev Verman, IAS on return from Central Deputation has been designated the charge of Commissioner (Labour & Employment).

Y Jugindro Singh, IAS, Commissioner (Labour & Employment & Fisheries) has been designated the charge of Commissioner (Fisheries) .

The charge of Commissioner (Economics and Statisics) has been added to Rajesh Agarwal, IAS, Commissioner (Power/Agriculture/Sc & Tech) & Resident Commissioner, Manipur Bhavan, New Delhi in addition.

Arun Kumar Sinha, IAS, Secretary (Eco & Stats)/Special Secretary (Home & Social Welfare) has been designated charge of Secretary (MPSC).

M Joy Singh, IAS, Addl Secretary (MAHUD & Revenue) has been posted as Addl Secy (MAHUD & Revenue) and Addl Director (SAT) .

H Rupachandra Singh, IAS, under transfer as ADC Jiribam, has been posted as Joint Secretary (Social Welfare & Home).

Shyam Lal Poonia, IAS, SO/BDO Paomata has been posted as Under Secretary (DP & Planning).

Killu Siva Kumar Naidu, IAS, AC to DC, Ukhrul has been posted as SDO/BO, Parbung.

Hungyo Worshang, IAS, AC to DC, Senapati has been posted as SDO/BDO, Paomata.

A Tombikanta, MCS, Secretary has been posted as SVEEP Officer, Election Department.
