KCP (MTF) leader held at Bangalore

Delhi police have arrested Sunil Meitei, the leader of a faction of the proscribed Kangleipak Communist Party-Mobile Task Force (KCP-MTF), from Bangalore.
According to police source, a team of personnel under Special Cell of Delhi Police arrested Sunil Meitei, the self-styled commander-in-chief of KCP-MTF, who has been declared wanted in various cases of extortion, abduction and killing that took place in different parts of Bishnupur and Imphal West district, from Ejipura in Bangalore yesterday evening.
Around 36 years old, Sunil Meitei, whose real name is Chirom Premkumar alias Prem alias Tiken, is a resident of Waheng Khuman Mamang Leikai, the source disclosed.
It may be noted here that a self-styled military affairs secretary of another faction of KCP-MC, Lanheiba Meitei, has already been arrested by Assam Police from a place in Guwahati on the night of June 28 .
