Imphal, November 08 2012: The banned PREPAK has claimed responsibility for the bomb attack which targeted a convoy of 18th Sikh Regiment at Ghari Makha Leikai along Airport Road at about 9.30 am yesterday.

A press release issued by the outfit's publicity officer Sanju Oinam said that the outfit would continue with surprise attacks on the Indian military until the final goal of freedom is achieved.

It further called upon all the people to spurn the delusionary tactics of military civic action programme and drive out the Indian military from every locality.

It also regretted the minor injuries caused to four civilians in the IED blast.
