Foundation day of PREPAK (Pro) celebrated 'Only independent Kangleipak can safeguard indigenous folks -I'

PREPAK (Progressive) Chairman L Paliba has categorically stated that only independent Kangleipak can safeguard its indigenous communities .
A statement issued by Paliba on the occasion of the 41st raising day of the Red Army (October 9) paid homage to all the people who have died in the course of the liberation struggle and greeted all the people of Manipur, revolutionary members and leaders of like-minded revolutionary parties of WESEA region .
North Eastern communities are endlessly being discriminated against by mainland Indians and various forms of criminal activities including murder are being perpetrated against the people of North East in Indian heartland, it alleged .
Sometime back many communities fled en masse from many parts of Indian States because of atrocities and threats, which were even highlighted in many media as akin to that of the infamous mass exodus during India-Pakistan partition .
Even though many European thinkers and leaders forebade the balkanization of the so called unified India, Indian leaders are proud that the prediction did not come true as India is not breaking up, which has successfully completed 70 years with the principle of Unity in Diversity .
Nevertheless Maoist/Naxalite movement in the central States of India, Kashmiri people's movements and revolutionary struggle in WESEA are growing stronger and stronger .
Indian leaders panicked when CN Annadurai on May 1,1962 demanded self determination for Dravidian South Indians.
This demand compelled the Government to make many strong amendments like the Sixteenth Amendment Act 1963 in Indian Constitution to make India unbreakable .
"If India is a Democratic Republic why should not India keep a room for Right to Self Determination in its Constitution ? Do the Indian leaders have courage to implement the UN Resolution on Kashmir problem? Why didn't Indian Government respond to Plebiscite demand of UNLF (Manipur) in 2005?", it asked .
Even in the lone super power country USA, California, Texas and some States are demanding to secede from USA, Catalonia regional referendum to secede from Spain was held, even Scotland demand a second referendum for seceding from UK, so Indian leaders must understand these political events.
India is a sub-continent, many independent Nations, countries must be formed which would safeguard the different cultures, languages, religions and faiths.
It should not be under one single Government, the outfit asserted .
The characters of inhumanity, rigid classification of people and social stratification are inherently ingrained in Indian blood for thousands of year, it is not a new thing .
There is nothing to learn ideally by Kangleichas (Manipuri) from traditional and customary norms of Indian societies, on the contrary, it will give a negative influence on Kanglei society, which has started happening now .
Even though many Kangleichas bring prestigious awards for India in the field of sports, theatre, cultural arts and dance, Indian leaders congratulate these performances only when they come to Imphal, they do not bother to let these achievements be known to the outside world .
None of Indian kings led a war against the British after the Anglo-Sikh War (1845-1849).The Anglo-Manipuri War (1891) was the last war against British.
England declared war against Manipur after hectic debate at British Parliament, but unfortunately this war is not included as a big chapter in Indian modern history, it might have been excluded purposefully as other battles or wars might be rendered valueless .
It shows Manipur was not a part of India and reinforces the fact that Manipur is still not part of India, Paliba alleged.
