TSE proprietor continues with humanitarian service

Continuing with his humanitarian service in the wake of the COVID-19 lockdown, The Sangai Express proprietor Nishikant Singh Sapam today donated edible items to 47 families with limited sources of income.
At a simple function held this morning at Keishampat Leimajam Leikai Maning community hall under the aegis of the Imphal Rising Youth Club, Nishikant distributed one Kg of dal, one Kg of potato, half litre of edible oil, 250 gm of dry chilli, 250 gm of ngari, two Kgs of cabbage, one Kg of lady's finger, one packet of common salt, one soap cake and one Kg of onion to each of the 43 families.
Nishikant Singh Sapam also provided drinking water to the locality using water tanker.

Speaking at the function, Nishikant said that the items he distributed today were what he could give.
Nonetheless, he assured that he would continue to provide relief materials in future too.
In response, Imphal Rising Youth Club and the local people conveyed gratitude to Nishikant.
Notably, the TSE proprietor has been continually providing relief materials to many families who have been hit hard by the lockdown.
Under the corporate social responsibility, The Sangai Express has been give cash incentives to sports persons apart from organising youth conclaves from time to time.
Moreover, The Sangai Express has been providing monthly remuneration to the tourist guides of Keibul Lamjao National Park in addition to sponsoring the cost of procuring feed for the Sangais kept at Langol.
Meanwhile, a press release issued by the Imphal Rising Youth Club, Keishampat Leimajam Leikai Maning has conveyed gratitude to Nishikant Singh Sapam for distributing edible items to needy families and also for filling the local community pond with safe water from one water tanker.
