Thoubal, February 03 2020: An Atal Tinkering Laboratory was opened at Paradise English School, Thoubal Okram on its 18th foundation day, today.

The inaugural ceremony of ATL cum 18th foundation day of the school was graced by Thoubal Municipal Council Ward no 1, Councillor, Okram Inaotombi Devi; Paradise English School Principal, Dr Ningombam Ranjit Singh; Zone-Ill Thoubal Deputy Inspector Rebika Devi; EDULIFE India founder, Thokchom Mritenjoy Singh and director, Thokchom Sanju Singh as the presidium members.

As part of the programme, the school authority feted the founding members as well as the meritorious students of the Paradise English School and several elders with gitfs while the students showcased cultural items to entertain the gathering.

Atal Tinkering Lab is an approach of the Central Government to create an environment of scientific temperament, innovation and creativity amongst Indian students.

It is a step towards a new India.
