The verdict on the triple murder case of Dr Kishan, Token and Rajen involving self-styled lieutenant colonel Hopeson Ningshen of NSCN-IM has been differing on several occasions for one reason or the other.

SDO Dr Kishan and the two staff abducted by NSCN (IM) were found dead at Taphou along National Highway-2 (Imphal-Dimapur road) on February 17, 2009 .
