JP Nadda likely to arrive on Dec 13/14

BJP National president JP Nadda may visit Manipur in the second week of December, said Dr Sambit Patra, BJP spokesperson who is now in-charge of the State unit.
JP Nadda was earlier scheduled to arrive in Manipur on December 1, however there will be a change in the schedule.
The party's National president will pay a two day visit in the State on December 13 or 14, he said.
Speaking to media persons at the party's office at Nityaipat Chuthek, Dr Sambit Patra said JP Nadda's proposed visit to Imphal will be part of his 120 days Nationwide tour to strengthen the party at grassroots level before the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
He has held meetings with the State unit president H Tikendra and party members on various issues of the State, Dr Sambit Patra said thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi and JP Nadda for appointing him party in-charge of Manipur.
Under the BJP-led NDA Government, there will be major development and positive changes in North-East States including Manipur.
All should work and follow the 'mantra- Sabka saath sabka vikas' of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to bring about development and progress, he said.
He appreciated and thanked the BJP State unit for successfully electing four of its candidates in the recent by-polls held in five Constituencies.
Dr Sambit Patra arrived at Imphal yesterday on a two day visit.
