The components for construction of infrastructure in each school would include buildings, rain water harvesting, fencing etc.
The matter had also come up for discussion during the meeting chaired by the Prime Minister at New Delhi on June 4, 2011 with the Chief Minister of Manipur O Ibobi Singh and other senior Union Ministers.
