Imphal, May 21 2015 :
Manipur Chief Minister O Ibobi accused the BJP-led Government at the Centre saying it is playing a mute spectator "when NSCM (IM) attacked" Congress workers ahead of the ADC polls of June 1 .
The Chief Minister said this while attending the Anti-Terrorism Day today morning at Congress Bhawan Complex at Imphal.
O Ibobi further said that the ongoing peace-talk of the NSCN (IM) is with the Centre and not with the State Government.
But when the said militant outfit violates the 'ground rules' of the peace talk, the Centre is yet to wake up to the need to rein in their activities.
This shows the lack of determination and guts on the part of the NDA Government at the Centre.
On the other hand, commenting on the present territorial conflict at Dzuko Valley with Nagaland, Ibobi assured that his Government will set up an inquiry soon and will also address the details of the matter to the Centre.
After the inquiry report, the Manipur Government will approach Nagaland Government for a proper talk.
Today's function was also attended by Dy CM Gaikhangam, MP Dr T Meinya, council of Ministers, MLAs and other top officials.
As a part of the observation, those who attended paid floral tributes to the portrait of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi.
