SKS' 'Panthoibi Seitha Jagoi' premiered

Imphal, December 30 2021: 'Panthoibi Seitha Jagoi', the annual folk dance production of Sangeet Kala Sangam (SKS) for this year, was premiered at Sangeet Kala Sangam auditorium located at Khurai Lamlong Keithel on Thursday.

As chief guest of the function, Padmashree S Thanil said that SKS is an organisation working for the preservation of culture.

While lauding the people for their contribution in saving the organisation even if the government did not recognise it, he urged SKS to continue its works of preserving and promoting the culture of the state.

The function was also attended by SKS secretary M Basanta, president N Birendro, JN Manipur Dance Academy retired pradhan guru Arambam Tombinou and Vishva Bharati University, Shantiniketan senior Prof Y Hemantakumar among others.
