Imphal, September 29 2024: A 42 year old woman from Sagolband Tera Loukham Leirak has gone missing since September 27 .

A missing report lodged with Lamphel police by her husband on September 28 said that his wife Gurumayum Ushakiran Devi went out from their residence on September 27 at around 8 am and she hasn't returned since then.

The woman is about 5 feet 3 inches tall and has a medium built and a wheatish (kulei kuchu) complexion and long black hair.

She wore a blue top and a green phanek when she went out from her residence, as per the complainant.

A press note issued by the Officer-in-charge of Lamphel police station said that the missing woman might have been abducted or wrongfully confined by unknown persons.
