Govt fixes prices of 17 items; know prices of potato, onion, rice, dals here

The State Government has fixed the prices (wholesale and retail) of 17 items in respect of Imphal East, Imphal West, Thoubal, Bishnupur and Kakching districts.
Matar (Mangal) : wholesale rate - Rs 5,200 (100 kg), retail - Rs 60 per kg
Matar dal (Kangtak): wholesale rate - Rs 5,900 (100 kg), retail - Rs 65 per kg
Potato: wholesale rate - Rs 2,200 (100 kg), retail - Rs 30 per kg
Onion: wholesale rate - Rs 3,500 (100 kg), retail - Rs 45 per kg
Salt: wholesale rate - Rs 550 (50 kg), retail - MRP
Sugar: wholesale rate - Rs 4,200 (100 kg), retail - Rs 47 per kg
Masur dal (Mussorie) small : wholesale rate - Rs 9,000 (100 kg), retail - Rs 100 per kg
Masur dal (medium): wholesale rate - Rs 7,000 (100 kg), retail - Rs 80 per kg
Masur dal (big): wholesale rate - Rs 6,700 (100 kg), retail - Rs 75 per kg
Atta: wholesale rate - Rs 1,420 (45 kg bag), retail - Rs 38 per kg
Maida: wholesale rate - Rs 1,470 (45 kg bag), retail - Rs 40 per kg
Master oil Tagore tin: wholesale rate - Rs 1,750 (15 litres), retail - Rs 1,775 (15 litres)
Palm oil (15 kg): wholesale rate - Rs 1,500 (15 kg), retail - Rs 1,525 (15 kg)
Arhar dal (Mairongbi) big: wholesale rate - Rs 9,500 (100 kg), retail - Rs 100 per kg
Arhar dal small: wholesale rate - Rs 8,500 (100 kg), retail - Rs 90 per kg
Mung dal: wholesale rate - Rs 11,500 (100 kg), retail - Rs 125 per kg
Refined oil: wholesale rate - Rs 1,550 (15 litres), retail - Rs 1575 (15 litres)
Kala dal (Sagol Hawai) Big-Indoor: wholesale rate - Rs 12,500 (100 kg), retail - Rs 135 per kg
Kala dal small - Kanpur: wholesale rate - Rs 1,100 (100 kg), retail - Rs 120 per kg
Rice Permal (Andhra): wholesale rate - Rs 3,800 (100 kg), retail - Rs 42 per kg
Rice (UP): wholesale rate - Rs 3,600 (100 kg), retail - Rs 40 per kg
Retail rates for the same 17 items in respect of Churachandpur and Pherzawl districts will be Re 1 above the fixed retail rates, said the order of the Government dated March 26 .
Further, advising people to maintain social distancing, the order maintained that bulk buying is not allowed and people should purchase potato, onion, dal, garlic, and edible oil not exceeding 1 kg/1 litre.
Only one member of a family should buy the items and shopkeepers should maintain the details of the buyers.
No vehicle of any kind will be allowed to come for purchase.
Medical stores will be opened 24x7, said the Government order.
