It is unfortunate that police personnel who were responsible for the death of Rabina and Sanjit are yet to be punished although the incident happened in broad daylight in the heart of Imphal city on BT road, he said.
Saying that the incident would remain as a significant day in the history of Manipur, Phulindro Konsam said that the incident has indicated that the Government has no concern about the life of its citizens.
Although, people erupted in huge protest after the incident, no tangible result is visible even now, he pointed out.
