NPF celebrates Advent Christmas at Thangal Eco Park

Senapati, December 06 2024: The Naga People's Front, Manipur State Unit celebrated Advent Christmas on Friday at General Thangal Ecological Park, Mayangkhang.

Attended by various officials coming from all over the districts of the State, the program witnessed the presence of hardcore workers, unit and division workers including the present and former MLAs, former ADC members of the party.

The event began with a welcome speech by Solomon Veino, advisor of NPF, Manipur State Unit.

MLA Leishiyo Keishing in his greetings expressed happiness on organising such event and wished everyone a joyous Christmas.

Water Resources Minister and party President, Awangbow Newmai in his speech stated that the Nagas are a peace loving people where people of the past were not united, uncontended and hated each other.

While stating the importance to stand united, Awangbow asserted that the disunity among people will not only bring destruction to oneself but to the entire Naga community.

The United Naga Council and All Naga Students Association also extended their greetings on the auspicious occasion.
