Grand fashion show at Bangalore Robert Naorem steals the show

Imphal, December 31 2014 : Scripting another success story in the world of fashion and glamour, a grand fashion show, the biggest in the entire city of Bangalore, was held this evening at Peenaya Gymkhana, Bangalore.

The show was exclusively organised for Robert Naorem in celebration of the new year.

The event was organised in collaboration with Peenaya Gymkhana Club with a view to promote the club.

Top models from Mumbai and Bangalore walked the ramp in attires exclusively designed by Robert Naorem.

Thanks to the growing popularity of Robert Naorem in the country's elite circle of designers and models, two Manipuri models Niki and Kenand got a rare opportunity to sashay down the ramp in the company of top models of the country.

The main attraction of the evening was Miss Femina (United Continent) Gail da Silva who came from Mumbai.

Gail da Silva met with thunderous applause when she came out to the ramp in Manipur traditional attires designed by Robert Naorem.

She was wearing Rani Phee, Phanek Mayek Naiba and Manipur traditional jewellery.

Peenaya Gymkhana Club president Aswath Narayan said that it was his pleasure to have Robert Naorem in the show.

Robert Naorem said that his vision is to promote ethnic designs and traditional attires.

The event was attended by many eminent people and industrialists of Bangalore.
