Training on mushroom cultivation, marketing held

Imphal, August 25 2024: A one-day training programme on mushroom cultivation and marketing sponsored and funded by Nongshaba Eco-Crest (OPC) Private Ltd in collaboration with Thoubal district administration was held on Saturday at Khekman Lai Haraopham community hall in Thoubal district.

The initiative is part of the village study assignment of Thoubal district assistant commissioner Arvind Han-glem under the guidance of DC Ahanthem Subash Singh.

During the programme, ten beneficiaries were selected based on various criteria, including socio-economic status and skill level and raw materials were provided to help them start their mushroom cultivation businesses.
