Dr Joints Clinic opened at Hand Hospital

Imphal, December 19 2021: A branch clinic of Fortis Hospital's Dr Joints Clinic, a super specialty clinic for bone and joint problems arising out of accident, sports and arthritis, was opened at Hand Hospital, Canchipur on Sunday.

JNIMS director professor L Deben, Lions Club Canchipur president M Sanatomba, retired HOD of JNIMS Orthopaedics department professor I Ibomcha and Fortis Flight Lieutenant Dhal Hospital, Basant Kunj, New Delhi's Dr Joints Clinic director Dr Dhananjoy Gupta attended the inaugural function of the branch clinic.

On the occasion, Dr Gupta made a PowerPoint presentation on treatment procedures for different joint problems.

He also started consultation service for the clinic for some patients.

Hand Hospital managing partner Ph Landhoni said that the branch clinic will help people of the state from spending huge money,'who would otherwise go to other states to seek treatment for joint problems.
