Entrepreneur, 15 others join Congress

Tamenglong, October 11 2024: Entrepreneur Kaninigai Riamei, along with his team, formally joined the Indian National Congress on Friday.

The District Congress Committee (DCC), Tamenglong and Block Congress Committee (BCC), Tamenglong joint organised a reception ceremony for Kaningai Riamei, a prominent figure in social entrepreneurship, and his team of 15 members at the party's office in New Salem, Tamenglong district.

Ph Phunggan, the working president of DCC, Tamenglong, also extended warm welcome to the new members, officially inducting them into the party.

He expressed optimism that their inclusion would strengthen the party and that more individuals would join in the near future.
