Losii Dikho honoured with 'National Corona Warrior' award

Senapati, June 25 2021: PHE Minister Losii Dikho has been selected for the National Corona Warrior Award in the field of social work.

The Minister was amongst the 65 persons from Manipur who were selected for National and International awards to be presented in the inaugural function during 35th Rastriya Samarpan Vijay Diwas, according to a press release by Dalit Sahitya Academy, Manipur.

Losii Dikho has been extending assistance to the people of Senapati district since the beginning of the pandemic by providing the first TrueNat machines to Senapati District Hospital.

He also has been continuously supporting the people by providing medical equipment and essential items including Oxygen concentrators, oximeters, PPE suits, masks, hand gloves, fogging machines to district hospitals and PHCs and other organisations.

The Minister also recently donated Rs 15 lakh for purchase and installation of OT equipment for COVID-19 positive pregnant women, and donated dedicated ambulances to PHCs of Paomata, laii and Mao.
