Distribution of relief items continues

Imphal, August 21 2021: All Manipur United Clubs' Organisation (AMUCO) along with several other CSOs continues to distribute relief items to vulnerable families affected by Covid-19 in the state.

AMUCO and local clubs distributed 5 kg of food grains each to 113 vulnerable families in Kongba Kshetri Leikai, Kongba Uchekon Khunou, Uchekon Takhok Mapal, Top Khongnangkhong Mamang and Maning Leikai on Saturday.

AMUCO has distributed edible items to 7,166 households in the state so far.

Meanwhile, Kakching MLA M Rameshwar and Ching Tam Women's Development Association Manipur distributed edible items to widows residing in Irengband, Sora and Pallel under Kakching A/C on Saturday.

A team led by MLA Rameshwar's better half Tiala alias Nungshi and Association president N Kunjeshori distributed the items to 400 widows.
