Free transport service for Khongjom Day

Imphal, April 20 2022: The state government will operate 14 MST buses for transportation of government employees, public and devotees from Imphal to Kheba Ching, Khongjom and back in connection with the observance of Khongjom Day on April 23 .

The transportation routes ending at Khongjom would be from Public School, Koirengei, Thangmeiband road, Wahengbam Leikai, Pishumthong, Singjamei and Thoubal; DC office, Porompat, Soibam Leikai, Konung Mamang, Wangkhei, Kongba, Singjamei thong and Lilong; and Lamboi Khongnangkhong ground, Tera, Sagolband, Kwakeithel, Heirangoithong, Hiyangthang, Wangoi, Wabagai and Kakching.

Transportation along the three routes will start at 6.30 am, informed a statement issued by director (transport) Dr Nivedita Lairenlakpam, adding that all concerned may also avail free transportation service at MST complex, Moirangkhom from where the buses will depart from 6 to 6.30 am and from 7 to 7.30 am .
