BSF provides essential items, organises Ram Navami

The 131 battalion Border Security Force (BSF) continued its support to the local communities in Sugnu and Serou in Kakching district, by distributing essential items to relief camps set up by the civil administration.
On Friday, the BSF unit under its commandant KS Nautiyal provided much-needed supplies to both the Sugnu and Serou relief camps as part of the KPKP scheme through their Civil Public Coordination (CPC) initiative.
The 131 Bn BSF also organ ised a Ram Navami Bhandara at its A Coy location in Sugnu.
A large number of local residents, including women and children, attended the event and participated in the puja ceremony.
The religious function saw the participation of officials from the local civil and police administration, along with personnel of Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) deployed in the area.
