Sayol Helping Hand volunteers donate blood

Imphal, July 31 2022: In a bid to extend aid to those in need, a volunteer team comprising of 20 members of Sayol Helping Hand donated blood today in association with RIMS Blood Bank today.

According to a statement, the blood donation initiative was conducted in the interest of those with urgent need for blood in view of the increasing occurrence of accidents in the state as well as those suffering from various ailments.

Sayol Helping Hand has also extended their gratitude to those who made the blood donation effort a success including Lifesavers, Manipur and the volunteers of Sayol Helping Hand who generously donated their blood.

The statement added that Sayol Helping Hand will continue to organise such blood donation initiatives in the future and encourage the youth to become blood donors by educating them about the benefits, thereby increasing the number of blood donors in the State.
