Sangeet Natak Akademi awardees felicitated

Imphal, February 26 2023: The Blooming Cultural Academy of Performing Arts (BCAPA) and Umbilical Theatre felicitated Sangeet Natak Akademi award winning musicologist Nameirakpam Jiten and stage designer Ningombam Jadumani in a function held at the premises of SWFC, Pheijaleitong, Thongju Part-2, Imphal on Sunday.

BCAPA president L Pradip, SFWC president Th Brojen and theatre activist I Ibochouba attended the event as presidium members.

N Jadumani was conferred the award in 2020 for his contribution in allied theatre art (stage design) and N Tiken in 2021 for his work in folk music.

Citations and shawls were presented to the two award winning personalities on the occasion.
