Lecture on patriotism in paintings held

Imphal, August 25 2024: Sahitya Thoupang Lup (SATHOULUP) in collaboration with RKCS Museum organised a lecture programme on 'Ayekpa Laida Tanba Leibak Ningbagi Mami' at RKCS Art Gallery, Keishamthong on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, Sahitya Akademi awardee Saratchand Thiyam informed that fhe programme aims to discuss patriotism in paintings created by painters of the state.

The event was presided by Sahitya Akademi awardee Arambam Memchoubi with Lalit Kala Akademi awardee Thoidingjam Tombi delivering a lecture on 'Ayekpa Laida Tariba Leibak Ningbagi Mami' .

An exhibition of paintings by RKCS under the theme of patriotism was also held as part of the programme.
