Imphal, November 12 2021: A one-day awareness programme on drug abuse and alcoholism along with rally and poster campaign was held at Akampat community hall on Friday.

Ibudhou Wangpurel Kha-na Chaoba Village Level Federations (VLF) and Apunbana Pangalni VLF jointly organised the awareness programme.

Torban Kshetri Leikai GP pradhan Longjam Chaobi and Apunbana Pangalni VLF president H Romila attended the programme as chief guest and president respectively while PRI-CBO state programme coordinator Mingma Lama and former AMADA secretary Ningthoukhongjam Bobo were present as guests of honour.

Several resolutions related to fighting collectively to end the menace of drug abuse and alcoholism were also adopted at the programme.
