Kh Nabakumar hands over Tamphaphou (CAU R-l) to farmers

Bishnupur, June 12 2021: ICAR Society New Delhi member, Kh Nabakumar Singh under the Central Agricultural University Imphal handed over the High Yielding Variety Tamphaphou (CAU R-l) to 54 farmers of Kumbi Assembly Constituency during a simple function held at Kumbi Bazar today.

Speaking on the occasion, Kh Nabakumar Singh highlighted the importance of using high yielding varieties of rice and other grains in agriculture while urging the farmers to interact and follow the advice given by the scientists of Agriculture & Horticulture Departments.

Kh Nabakumar Singh also extended his appreciation to the Vice Chancellor and staff of Central Agricultural University Imphal.
