Imphal, August 30 2021: Tenkonjang Higher Secondary School Noney has condemned the alleged misuse of its name and linking one Kahmei in connection with sale of fake class X and XII certificates.

In a release, school principal Dijuanreiyang clarified that there is no such teacher whose name is Kahmei in the school record.

"The school administration strongly condemns such activities perpetrated to to tarnish the image of the school," it said.

The principal also urged authorities concerned to investigate and deal with the culprit according to the law of the land.

It also expressed shock on the statement of Golmei Solomon of Wainem village of Senapati village and his group under the name of Kahmei, claiming Kahmei is a teacher of the school.
