Training on make-up, hair styling ends

The 35-day long 'Swavalamban Kaushal Unnayan Programme' on Make-up and Hair Styling organised by Council for Advancement of Rural Development (CARD), Thoubal Kshetrileikai with support of Small Industries Development Bank Of India (SIDBI) at CARD training hall ended on Monday.
The closing function of the Skill Development Training Programme which was participat ed by 30 trainees was attended by Manipur Industries Development Council (MIDC), Imphal chief consultant Y Raghumani; MIDC chairman P Loken, SIDBI Imphal branchin-charge Vikram Kumar and SIDBI Imphal development assistant David Khangembam as presidium members.
Speaking on the occasion, Y Raghumani stressed that the trainees need to work hard to achieve success as make-up and hair styling is a service sector.
They must let go of their shyness and show their talent to as many people as they can, he said.
