Imphal, November 10 2024: The month-long festival of Thang-Ta with special focus on 'Thangbi Sakok Sading' organised by Eastern Kala Academy, Soibam Leikai under the sponsorship of Ministry of Culture, at Lainingthou Sanamahi Laining Phurup Shanglen, Soibam Leikai Wangkhei Khunou concluded on Saturday.

A release issued by Eastern Kala Academy informed that the valedictory programme was attended by Wangkhei MLA Thangjam Arunkumar as chief guest, Manipur State Kala Akademi secretary Sunanda Thokchom as president, Khenjonglang, Centre for the Theatre Research and Production director Dr S Thanil Leima and Citizens' Club, Imphal East president Mahendra Naorem as guests of honour.

Thang-ta demonstrations were performed by students at the valedictory programme, it added.
