KSO organises blood donation camp

Imphal, June 25 2022: In association with JNIMS Blood Bank, KSO, Imphal branch and Tuibul Block organised a voluntary blood donation camp at Christian Hospital, Dewlahlane, here on Saturday.

Interacting with the media at the hospital, KSO Imphal branch president Janggou-len Khongsai said that the camp was organised with the objective to help the needy people irrespective of community and caste.

KSO has been organising similar camps since 2016 in both hills and valley.

After a gap of two years due to Covid-19 pandemic, they resumed the activity in May at Kangchup.

Saturday's camp is the second one for this year, he said and added that they will continue to organise such camps.

Over 50 students donated blood during the camp organised with support from state blood cell, NHM Manipur.
