JNV Bishnupur students air plight to DC

Bishnupur, November 20 2021: Pointing out that students are facing inconveniences while taking offline exam, Jawaharlal Nehru Vidyalaya, Bishnupur students on Saturday submitted a memorandum to Bishnupur DC Ranjan Yumnam urging to either allow physical appearance in exam or reopen the school.

Large number of students thronged the mini secretariat complex, Bishnupur to submit the mernorandum to the DC.

Speaking to media persons after submitting the memorandum, a JNV student pointed out that many students are from far off places including Jessami in Ukhrul.

As such, they faced several problems in taking offline exam and had to spend substantial amount of money to come to school for appearing the exam.

More-over, there is no rent facility in nearby area, the students informed.

The student reiterated that the authorities either reopen the school or allow the students to take offline exam.
