TCF elects new office bearers

Imphal, July 03 2022: Television and Cine Foundation (TCF) Manipur on Sunday elected its new office bearers for the year 2022-2025 with Bobby Wahengbam as president, Saikhom Ratan as vice president, Borun Thokchom general secretary, Sonia Nepram and Manas Maisnam as joint secretaries, Meena Longjam as treasurer and Romi Meitei, Khogen Khoibam, Ashish Hamom, Chaoba Thiyam and Ashok Veilou as executive members.

Oken Amakcham, Laimayum Surjakanta, Ronel Haobam and Haobam Pabankumar were also elected as advisors of the organisation.

TCFM had in the recent years organised international incubation and documentary project development workshops in collaboration with Manipur State Film Development Society and Documentary Resource Initiative Kolkata.

It also organises monthly film screening programmes for filmmaker's community and the same platform has been a learning space for filmmakers.

Its members have been continuously bringing laurels for the state by winning various national and international film awards.

The foundation continues to inspire young filmmakers from the state, said a release.
