JTC conducts prayer meeting held

Imphal, December 31 2021:
The Joint Tribes Council (JTC), a conglomerate social organisation of Inpui, Liangmai, Rongmei and Zeme tribes of Manipur, conducted a prayer meeting on Friday at the office of ZNCM, Tamenglong town.
The prayer meeting warmly welcomed the newly elected ZNCM president Apung Daime while acknowledging the service of the outgoing president Dr Aku Newme, who will continue to serve as general secretary of the JTC till its next assembly.
Tribe leaders of Inpui, Liangmai, Rongmei and Zeme, who attended the event, prayed for that every tribesman have a happy and blessed New Year 2022 .
The meeting was attended by representatives of four kindred tribes, JTC, JTSA and JTC women's wing leaders, the Council informed in a release while extending its best wishes to all the people of Manipur.
