Doctors' bodies condole demise of doctors

Indian Medical Association (IMA) Manipur State Branch has expressed deep condolences over the sudden and untimely demise of former IMA president and secretary general Padmashree Dr Krishan Kumar Aggarwal after battling Covid-19 for long.
In honour of the departed soul, IMA Manipur observed a two-minute silence in an emergency meeting held on May 18, said an IMA Manipur condolence message, and informed that Dr Krishan was not only a distinguished cardiologist of the country but also a scholar, writer and visionary, and was pioneer in the use of colour doppler echocardiogram in the country.
IMA Manipur also shared the sorrow of the bereaved family and prayed for peaceful rest of the departed soul.
Meanwhile, ALL Manipur Health Services Doctors' Association (AMHSDA) has extended heartfelt condolences over the untimely demise of Dr Namaram Sukumar, Dr Jodhachandra Sanasam and Dr Richard Kyuduwo Duomai due to Covid-19.In a condolence message, AMSHDA recounted the happy days spent with the trio and their untiring efforts to serve the people.
AMSHDA also conveyed solidarity to the suffering of the bereaved families and prayed for the peaceful rest of the departed souls in the heavenly abode.
