Imphal, August 13 2022: Youth Red Cross, Naorem Birahari College and Indian Red Cross Society, Manipur State Branch jointly organised an awareness programme on 'Dissemination of Youth Red Cross and Basic first aid training' at the Khundrakpam campus of the College on Friday.

The programme was attended by Indian Red Cross Society Manipur chairman Dr Y Mohen, Manipur secretary general IAS (retd) Rk Nimai, Red Cross Society Imphal East president Narendra Ningombam, State Youth Co-ordinator (state branch) Athokpam Nabachandra and first aid trainer Rk Devataranjan as presidium members.

During the programme, the experts highlighted the responsibilities taken up by Red Cross Society and also demonstrated how to administer first aid.
