Licences of three pharmacies suspended

Imphal, May 13 2022: Directorate of Health Services' State Drugs Licensing & Controlling Authority has suspended drug licences of M/s SS Enterprises, Rup Mahal Tank, Imphal West owned by Prameshwar Prasad of BT Road, Rup Mahal Tank Complex; M/s BS Enterprises, Rup Mahal Tank owned by YP Nirola of Thangal Bazar and M/s Anida Medical Store, Rup Mahal Tank owned by K Ananda Meitei of Bashikhong Wangkhei Loumanbi Leikai, Imphal East under Rule 66 sub-rule (1) of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act & Rules, 1945 .

In a release, State Drugs Licensing & Controlling Authority drug inspector N Rimotkumar Meetei notified that the licenses were suspended in compliance with the reports of Special Inspection of the Drug Inspectors.
