Agniveer aspirants mentored by Army clear recruitment

17 Agniveer aspirants from Manipur, mentored by Army, have successfully cleared the Agniveer Recruitment process of 2024.In a release, PRO Defence informed that the successful aspirants were felicitated during a ceremony held at the Red Shield Centre for Wellness & Excellence in Bishnupur district on Saturday.
Responding to the requests of fix-servicemen community and local residents, a comprehensive course for 101 aspirants were oriented and prepared for the Agniveer Common Entrance Test (CET) from February 18 to April 18, out of which 38 candidates successfully qualified the CET and received a comprehensive nine-week training that further assisted in preparing them for the second phase.
58 aspirants including 37 qualified earlier and 21 additional aspirants joined the programme that included pre-medical tests, in addition to physical tests, it informed.
The release continued that 35, out of 58 aspirants successfully cleared the mandatory tests at the rally and further 17 aspirants out of these 35 made it to the merit list and will now be joining various regiments of the Indian Army as proud Agniveers.
