MLA GS Haupu dedicates playground

CCpur, December 29 2021: Singhat MLA and WANIREDA and MTDC chairman GS Haupu inaugurated the newly developed Chengjapau Doungel (Kuki Raja) playground in Haijang village located along Tedim Road between Churachandpur and Singhat and dedicated the same to the people on Wednesday.

GS Haupu inaugurated the playground in the presence of large number of Kuki leaders and it was followed by dedication of the ground by Rev Thangkhogin Touthang, pastor of KBC No 10.In his speech, GS Haupu appreciated the villagers for ensuring unity and stability along with collectively striving to achieve the goal of economic emancipation.

He also claimed of bringing peace and development in Singhat since becoming representative of-the people of the constituency.

Haijang village chief Alun Haolai thanked all those who contributed towards development of the village playground including former MLAs Holkhomang and T Hangkhanpau and incumbent MLA GS Haupu.
