'Healthy Sagolband' campaign launched

Imphal, January 22 2022: One Moirangthem Momo, who is preparing to contest the upcoming assembly election in Sagolband AC on Congress ticket, on Saturday launched 'Healthy Sagolband' campaign with an aim to keep the children, youth and elderly citizens of the constituency healthy.

Speaking during the launch programme held at his Sagolband Thingom Leikai residence, Momo contended that most of the candidates contesting the 12th Manipur Legislative Assembly Election have the notion that they could sway the voters on the polling day by handing out some incentives.

While expressing that when the masses have healthy body and mind, then only development can take place, he said launch of 'Healthy Sagolband' campaign is to provide a platform to the public to get familiar with those candidates who would ultimately represent them in the assembly.

During the programme, medical kits were distributed to doctors and nurses who would be visiting every households of the constituency.
