Imphal, July 21 2022: The June 2022 Term-end Examinations of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for various academic programmes offered by the University will commence from July22, 2022 and conclude on September 5, 2022 .

The university, has established 831 examination centres including 18 overseas centres and 82 centres in jails for jail inmates, said a press release by IGNOU.

It further informed that hall tickets have been issued to 769482 eligible students who had applied for appearing in the Term-end Examinations and the hall tickets are available on IGNOU website www.ignou.ac.in.

The students may download the Hall Tickets from the University website or from the following links and appear for their examinations.

The examination centres have been instructed to allow students to appear in examinations even if the students do not possess the hall ticket, but their names exist in the list of exami-nees/Attendance Sheets for these centres.

The students must possess the valid Photo Identity Card issued by the University/ Government during the examination.

Mobile phones and any other electronic gadgets are not permitted inside the examination halls.

All the Examination Centre Superintendents have been communicated to follow the CORONA PROTOCOL issued by the Govt, of India/State Governments to contain the spread of COVED-19 while conducting the examination, added the release.
